  All I can really say is the radio commercials Ben has created hooked us but the crew that serviced us will keep us long time customers! All of the folks involved were AAA+++ I called on day 1 inquiring and less than 24 hours later the job was professionally done! Can’t say enough about the service and professionalism of this experience…and those that read this …purchase the membership for at least 1 year…1 service call pays for it, and you get 4 check ups a per year! Excalibur RockZ!!!

  I signed up for a one-year maintenance plan with Xcalibur because it was a good deal and I was already about to pay for one of the services that is included in the membership. My experience has been positive so far. I've inquired about some of the maintenance services they offer, like duct cleaning, and the prices do seem high. No one has tried to hard-sell me on anything though. The customer service has been very responsive, and all of the technicians I've had have been very friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently Blake came out to do an HVAC check for me. He was great; friendly, kind and professional and answered all my questions. I appreciate that everyone they've sent has been professional and trustworthy by all accounts. Maybe other reviewers had different people.

  A week and a half ago I had them come out to get my A/C cooling AGAIN. I paid a $199 membership fee and $400.44 for coolant and labor. When I woke up this morning, my unit isn't cooling...AGAIN. And even though I paid for a membership, I was told they would charge another $99 to come out since it's considered after hours...plus whatever work they had to do. So, thank you very much for taking advantage of people like me. Im a single, divorced woman working 2 jobs just to keep things paid. Enjoy that $600. It's the last dime yall will get from me!!!

  1 star — and that’s only because zero isn’t an option. I had Xcalibur come out Monday for a duct cleaning estimate. While the technician was under my house, he somehow disconnected one of my HVAC vents — the one that serves my kitchen. It was working perfectly before he arrived. It hasn’t blown a breath of cool air since. I’ve lived in this home for four years. I’m hot-natured and I know exactly how every vent performs. This was not a pre-existing issue. When I called to address it, that technician flat-out denied breaking anything — then pointed me to a work order he had “already presented,” implying I should pay THEM to fix what THEY broke. Three days later , a different technician came out for my annual HVAC maintenance. He was excellent — thorough, professional, and easy to work with. He even sold me on a maintenance plan. But here’s the thing: the way this company handled the damage and the blatant dishonesty from the first visit left such a bad taste that I’ve already contacted the front office to cancel that plan. Good technicians deserve better management behind them. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere until this company figures out how to take accountability.
