  Every one of the Xcaliber employees I have met are very friendly and easy to talk with. They explained all my many problems and how we are going to tackle them. The first was done yesterday by seeing what was wrong. Today Andrew and Tyler got my upstairs A/C replaced and running, including a lesson on how to use the new digital thermostat. Jonathan will be here tomorrow after the report Loren turned in earlier today. I am very pleased to have chosen Xcaliber Home Services!

  They were able to get me on the schedule with short notice despite it being one of their busiest times of year. The trchnician was Amazing!. He knew exactly what the issue was and had us up and running in less that 30 minutes!

  I can’t say enough good things about Xcalibur. They are so quick to respond. Landon provided excellent service to my elderly mother when her AC went out on a holiday weekend. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. Xcalibur has the best customer service of any business I’ve ever dealt with.

  Xcalibur nailed it again! Landon and Loren came out to look at an HVAC issue to give me a second opinion after a different contractor gave me a weird (and as it turns out, incorrect) diagnosis on an HVAC issue. Loren was able to come out within a couple of hours of my call to diagnose and quote and Landon came out the next morning to finish. So grateful for these guys!

  Our A/C system froze over and I knew there was a problem that required a professional to fix so I called and made an appointment to get my system inspected. Isaac came out same day and diagnosed the issue. He had to order an expansion valve for it. Later next week the part came in and the team called us and set up a time to get it fixed. Landon O’Conner came out and installed the part. Our A/C runs beautifully because these guys know what they are doing. Both of these guys are professional and very efficient techs. I would 100 percent hire them again because they show great passion for what they do and they do great work. I trust them and their team.
