- GBGreg BrennerJun 4, 20261.0Be aware... we have scheduled Draingo a couple of times, and both times, they called, at the end of the "window of time" in which they were supposed to arrive, to cancel. The first time, we rescheduled. The technician who performed the diagnosis and service was very professional. Well, we are still having drain stoppage issues and scheduled them a second time. Again, we received a cancellation at the end of the window after waiting 4 days for the original appointment. Now, we are scrambling to get someone out to fix the problem. Summary... very courtesy and professional staff, but if you decide to use them, maybe have a quick backup plan when they can't show up.
