  I had the most amazing service with Drango Plumbing today. They completed the garbage disposal installation. The experienced plumber and the trainee were really nice and helpful. They got to work without any hesitation. Grateful.

  We had issues with a leak in our basement. David did a wonderful job and found the problem and got it fixed within an hour. Very efficient and knowledgeable! Highly recommend

  Excellent service from start to finish! I had a leaking toilet that needed to be replaced. Pete made the entire troubleshooting process and replacement stress-free. He was friendly, courteous and took the time to explain his findings and answer my questions. I also ended up upgrading an additional toilet. I appreciate the quality workmanship and would highly recommend Draingo to others.

  Draingo is the way to go!!!! We used Draingo last year in March 2025 after AHS sent their #1 company K&S Plumbing (who always refuses to work with the client) to fix the repairs that AHS stated that we weren't covered for. Long story short. Draingo came and determined that we were covered, repaired it and we were good. However, recently the PRV they replaced went bad again this year. Come to find out the city of Calera_AL has too much pressure coming into the subdivision. My home is receiving 140 psi!!! Way too much. Logan from Draingo is the best! He came out and and told us exactly what we needed. He put the dual PRV on set our tank temperature and no leaks as of yet. This took place on 7/24/26. Thank you Logan and thank you Draingo!!!

  Do not use this company!!! As an American Home Shield member, my water heater was assigned to Draingo. I was charged over $2000.00 for an out of pocket quote from Draingo to AHS, which I have proof of, that should have been $1084.00. When I inquired and asked for an itemized statement for the over $2000.00 charge through the assistance of AHS I was told “ We don’t do itemized statements “ by the guy who ripped me off with the install. I asked why he called me and not a member of management and he had no answer other than I was charged for a “convenience “ with the water heater install. If $1000.00 is a convenience fee that is insane. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and filing a legal action against them. Avoid unless you want to be ripped off for an extra 10 gallon water heater!!!
