I changed my mind more times than I'd like to admit, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful through every step of the process. She never made me feel rushed or pressured and genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect flooring for our home. Her design advice was invaluable, and she made what could have been a stressful decision so much easier. If you're looking for great customer service and someone who truly cares about helping you make the right choice, ask for Kelly. I highly recommend One on One Flooring!
