  Danco was professional and prompt from the very beginning. I requested a generator service as the prior company I had dealt with was questionable. Danco was recommended to me by a friend. Tracy was informative and quick to set up an appointment. Terry provided the maintenance service and he was outstanding. Not only was he early (huge bonus points in my book), he was extremely knowledgeable about my generator and answered all of my questions. He offered valuable insight and advice without the pressure of buying anything. Top notch company and I will use them again when needed.

  Terry did a fine job. He was right on time as scheduled. I had Danco install my home generator years ago, one call out and a service each year. Top notch.

  I called Danco about having my generator serviced was talked down to....explained that they don't work on portable generators....when that was not what I wanted serviced....I explained it was a home natural gas generator and was again be little and all I wanted was maintenence on my home generator....if you like to be treated unprofessional and rude call Danco
