  Memorial Day weekend and my pump gets fried by lightning. I called and Devon answered the phone! I explained what transpired and he said text the address to his phone. He sent me a text that he was on his way within 10 minutes. He put a meter in the pump but the readings indicated a short in the line and said get the electricity repaired and he would come back to fix the pump. I got an electrician to come Saturday morning and by 2pm Devon had come back and had to replace the pump. He told me to go check the water inside but there was none! We finally found where lightning had ruptured the pipe right where it joined the house. He dug up the pipe and repaired the break. I cannot say enough good things about this man and the company! You have a customer for life.

  The 2 gentlemen that came to our house were very nice, professional, and straightforward. The price for a new pump was definitely competitive to other businesses in my area. I will definitely be using 'Bay Waterwell' for any future needs. The last company that did work on my well charged a lot of money for barely any work, and fixed nothing . Bay waterwell was a godsend. Me and my family have water once again. Speedy repair, and knowledgeable employees. Thank you guys so much. I will let everyone in my area know about Bay waterwell.
