  Great service, came out the same day. Luke was very polite, very quick, cleaned up after himself swept and moped the floor where he was working and walking. Fair price. Well call them again if when we need them

  Charles, the plumber showed up on time and did a great job. Cleaned up as well. I am so pleased that I’m having him coming back tomorrow to repair and install water lines in our work shop at the back of our home. We are new to Southside and it’s great when you find such a good Plumbing Co right off the bat!

  I would highly recommend Machen Plumbing. I’ve used them on two separate occasions, and both times they were professional, courteous, and did excellent work. I also found their pricing to be very fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  We had to replace a lot of cast-iron pipes in a 1950s built home that had never been updated, so the work was pretty extensive. The workers were good about helping to find a vanity to replace a worn, old one and were quick to come back (twice) when there were some leaks found after the initial installation.

  Called on a Monday and plumber was here early Tuesday morning. Lee(plumber) was very polite and professional and kept me up to date as he was working. He worked swiftly and neatly and left the job finished and clean. Have used before and will continue to use Machen as they have done outstanding on all my plumbing needs.
