  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Machen Plumbing. They came highly recommended and now I see why. From scheduling a request for pricing estimates to the last day of the job, they were always professional and courteous and took the time to explain everything in detail. I especially appreciate Aaron and Mark who did a fantastic job extracting old cast iron pipes and replacing with PVC, exchanging out old drains/shower valves that were enmeshed in cement-backed tile from the 1950s! And Service Manager Danielle who was diligent in helping me with pricing estimates and financing options. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you, Machen Plumbing!

  Ran new service from meter to house. Was very to respond. Came back a couple days later and adjusted water pressure. Customer service is great

  Luke, the service technician was absolutely great! So polite, so professional and did a perfect job installing the plumbing on our kitchen sink. He also noticed a rusted, leaking pipe on our water heater that I had never noticed; he took the time to look over the water heater even though that was not what he was there for. I can’t brag on him enough! He was such a nice young man and really did a great job!

  Casey handled the install for our tankless water heater and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the whole process. Communication from Danielle in the office was excellent and very timely. Getting everything scheduled was a breeze, and that seems to be something that's lacking these days. In my experience, getting someone to show up or even call you back can be a challenge. Casey came out and was great at explaining what all needed to be done. He's extremely professional and just a really nice guy. Even after his schedule got crazy from a job from earlier in the morning, he still showed up and worked until the sun was almost down to ensure the job was completed. Don't hesitate to check with Machen Plumbing if you're needing a project done at your home or business.
