- JNJohn NutterSep 28, 20214.0Had a lot of problems (Break downs) with equipment. the first was speed of lift was told it was correct till I called Indiana office then the tech walked past me and turned the right buttons and wala it worked correctly. I have been working with these machines for 25 years and the tech was just trying to get out of doing his job. First the lift we settled for as the one dropped was a size to small. Not what we ordered and confirmed. We confirmed an 8841 and ended up with a 2676. With 12 ft goods we had to change our working ways as after it was delivered we were told the one they had was broke. We were there what 1.5 months and never got the proper lift.We dealt with it but again not what was ordered and confirmed. I order to what I need and not what I have to settle with. Thanks Les Nutter
