  We ordered our windows on dec 11 2025 . And was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks for them to be installed. It is March 31st we finally got our install date at end of Feb for April 1st . Was called today n was told that one of the window are damage n it would be at less 10 to 12 days to replace the damage window. So our install date is up in the air again. When ask if they could install the windows that are not damage was told I dont know we dont usually do that. I will not recommend this company to anyone

  I ordered four windows June the 16th of 25 paid in full they insured me that I would get them by July the 1st 25 I never got my windows they paid me the cash money I put down but but the credit card money that I paid I'm taking them to court don't trust them with any money

  Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with my entire life. It's amazing they are still in business.
