I knew they didn't deal with warranty/insurance companies so I never asked them to submit a claim. But my home warranty needed verifying information - name of company, license #, & serial #'s, etc about the garage door openers installed). I had to ask them to just submit a form providing this information so I could get reimbursed. They REFUSED! The woman I spoke with told me she doesn't have the information - including the serial #'s for the garage door openers. WHAT?!?! A company installs a mechanical device in my home and they don't even know what they installed???? WHOOPS! 5 stars just went to 1 star. I advise yelp review readers to check around! I am new to Dothan so based my hiring of this company on yelp/google reviews. So I hope my review encourages at least one person check around before hiring!
