    I cannot say enough about the importance of trust when it comes to choosing an HVAC company, especially in this economy when every dollar matters. I had two other well-known, supposedly reputable companies look at my AC, and both told me that I needed to replace the unit. That is a huge expense, and thankfully, something just didn't sit right with me. A friend strongly recommended that I have Jason Sizemore, owner of Alpha Heating & Cooling, take a look before agreeing to a replacement. I'm so glad I listened. Jason came out, properly diagnosed the problem, and had my AC fixed and running in less than an hour — for under $500. No new unit. No thousands of dollars spent unnecessarily. It's honestly concerning to think that I could have replaced an entire system that was still repairable simply because I trusted the first opinions I received. Get a second opinion before agreeing to an expensive replacement. There are still honest, knowledgeable people in this industry who would rather fix what can be fixed than sell you something you don't need. Alpha Heating & Cooling earned my trust, and that's not something I give lightly. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company that values honesty, experience, and doing right by the customer.

    Thank you for taking care of us! I know its hot, but your team took care of us just in time! Im glad it was an easy bill as I was so worried too. $150 for a weekend visit was well worth it!

    Definitely would not recommend. Showed up late after having to wait 3 days for someone to even come out to my house , once he finally arrived he was rude and very unprofessional. Will not be calling them again especially considering the repair didn’t last very long at all before having to get it fixed again

    Extremely rude unsatisfying and very unprofessional do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for it. It’s too late. What time is it I don’t know anything about no fishing but what you did to our rentals and cost it was to fix is a joke so try and report me for letting others know befor they make same mistake we made
