  Jesse was very thorough and professional in handling our problems. Took time to explain what the problem was, where it was, and what he was needing to do to take care of it. Extremely pleased with the visit!

  We had a female plumber who seemed very new and inexperienced. We had a clog in our toilet line about 75 ft out in the yard, she was not able to clear it by herself, had to wait on someone else to come help her. Still did not really take care of problem,, made another appointment to come back and drain septic tank. The female technician spent more time on the phone in her van than she did working on the problem. She was not prepared, had to borrow my husband’s shovels to dig in the yard to find the lines and never found them, my husband had to help her dig, it was very hard for her. The other technician that came had different tools and found them immediately and pulled the clog immediately. She was there for almost 6 hours, the other guy, less than one! Very frustrating afternoon! She was also rude about our payment, we had homeowners insurance, which I had already informed the office about but she refused to even talk about and take, but the office people were as nice as could be and took care of the problem. Just don’t let the female, inexperienced plumber come!

  Jose was easily the best and most informative technician we’ve had to date. Even in our emergency state he was quick efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Definitely will recommend him and the company again.

  Josh is an absolute legend. When my septic started leaking into my yard I was definitely stressed. I called another company, Miller's, and some jackwagon came out with a pump truck. When I explained what I had been experiencing he told me my field lines needed replaced and I was looking at 5 to 8 thousand dollars. He checked nothing, did nothing, just spoke. I didnt feel right so I called roto. Josh came out, looked over everything, discussed possible solutions and worked up the quotes. When he came back to pump and inspect, he dug up my tank and lifted the lid to find a simple fix. The filter that we didnt know existed was clogged. He taught me everything that was going on as he was doing it, he was knowledgeable, kind, empathetic and most importantly fair to his customer. Josh is good people, great for the brand and the reason I will only be using roto rooter in the future. If roto rooter ever messes up and loses Josh, he can call me and ill hire him for my company on the spot. Thanks Josh
