  Kaden Barton, The Service Tech from Jackson did an outstanding job. This was a service call late in the day, on what was the hottest day of the year and the day before a holiday weekend. The outside unit would run but no inside fan. Indeed, he isolated the issued as a frozen blower motor. With warehouses closed, he was unable get the replacement motor that night. He returned the next day having found a suitable temporary motor to operate our unit until the correct motor could be found. Although we did spend one night at a hotel, the temp motor ran well for the next five days. As could be expected it took time to get the correct motor and get Kaden scheduled back for the installation. For his third trip to our residence, he was able to install the correct motor and do a full system check prior to his departure. He was very polite, and in our minds, did a great job.

  Jackson Plumbing did a great job replacing the check valve and pressure regulator at my water meter today. The technician, Boyd, was courteous and informative. The job was completed in a timely manner. He adjusted the water pressure to the house and explained how to make any further adjustments. I would recommend Jackson Plumbing to anyone in my area

  Joe Esparza did my tune up. My system was ultimately almost 3 pounds low on freon. I paid 550$ Joe Esparza was polite, on time and knew what he was doing. He didn’t play any games or recommend things I didn’t need and didn’t talk down to me. As some of you are I’m the guy that follows around any technician around the house talking to them and asking questions to learn about my homes systems because I’m curious and do similar work, he never got mad and answered all my questions even some of them may have been and were undoubtedly dumb ha ha. Highly recommend Jackson heating and cooling.

  Randy took great care of us pumping out and cleaning off our grinder pump. He followed through on troubleshooting a complicated and referred us to his coworker, Joe, an electrician who finished the fix and got our sewer connection established. I would absolutely come back with repeat business if I had further issues.

  Houston quickly identified the reason my toilet was making a loud sound. I thought it was being caused by the flush mechanism in the tank. Houston determined it was nothing more than the water valve was not open enough. Jackson Plumbing is fortunate to have such an honest and skilled plumber. Customers are even more fortunate. It is rare to find honest men like Houston these days.
