  Greg was my technician and he was professional and courteous. He answered any and all of my questions. He explained thoroughly of what the issue was and resolved the issues quickly. He installed a new hot water heater in less than 30 minutes and fixed our leak behind the wall in 10 minutes. He's an excellent plumber with skills and efficiency. Greg! Greg! He's my plumber if he can't fix it no one can!!!! Goooooo Greg!!!

  Our 11-year old water heater started leaking from the bottom. So, we knew we had to replace it. We’ve done business with DrainGo in the past, so we called them up. They were able to come out the next day, and installed a brand new water heater. They also upgraded all the pipes, and corrected a poorly installed drainage system. The two plumbers who came out were kind, friendly, efficient, and professional. Our old water heater was so jammed up with sediment, that they couldn’t even drain it with a hose. They hauled the old thing outside, and showed me what came out of it… it was disgusting!! They gave me some helpful advice to drain my new water heater once a year, and even talked me through the steps to do so. Two of the photos included show the sludge that came out of our old unit, and the other photo is our beautiful, brand new water heater. I trust this company, and would highly recommend them to anyone for any plumbing needs!!

  Greg did the most amazing and professional job installing our water heater he was very courteous and explained the process in detail, changed everything up and installed the equipment in a timely manner please ask for him when you need your plumbing completed.

  I needed to have my kids' tub spout replaced because an unsecured pipe had caused a major leak, which required opening up the wall to make the repair.I was especially anxious because the work had to be done in my son's room. Elder and his partner technician did an amazing job. They were professional, courteous, and very thorough in explaining every step of the process. The repair was completed efficiently, and they took great care while working in his room. I’m happy to say that I no longer have a leak, and my pipes are now secure. Thank you for your excellent service. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

  Robert and Jay came by for a laundry list of plumbing issues in my home including fixes, upgrades, and special projects. They were fast, respectful, transparent, and ensured that a high quality job was performed. They also cleaned their workspaces efficiently after they left. I highly recommend them especially after dealing with other companies in the area underperforming.
