  Got my softner system relocated to a new address yesterday. Highly appreciate Brandon from the sales team and Patrick clark from the service team. Brandon went above and beyond to help me get on schedule so I could vacate the old property on time. Patrick is highly skilled in his job. He quickly understood our layout and got the unit installed as per our liking with minimal drill and no impact to existing areas in the house. Thank you Brandon & Patrick!

  Zac was pleasant, professional and so courteous. He gave timely updates and was very efficient. The Aqua Systems water filtration meets my expectations and i feel I got good value for the money.

  Aqua Systems was amazing from start to finish. Started out working with Helee. She was always responsive to any questions I had, they were willing to work with us being a new build, patient with us and our concerns, and got scheduled within the week we moved in! All their items are in house, the techs are salaried, and they’re all super nice with great manners. Patrick Clark first came and did a great job getting the initial filter installed and all the plumbing for the second. Then Zach Ehl came and finished the install and installed our RO. Everything is clean, looks great, works amazing, and we’re very happy with our purchase. Would definitely recommend!

  As a fellow small business, we don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but after months of trying to resolve these issues privately, we feel it’s important to share our experience. What should have been a simple payment method update after a fraudulent charge turned into months of billing issues, recurring late fees, conflicting information, and being sent back and forth between Aqua Systems and Pure Water Partners. While everyone we spoke with was courteous, there appeared to be very little communication or accountability between the two companies. We spent countless hours trying to resolve problems we were repeatedly told had been fixed, only to have them continue. Despite months of effort - we still have not received a satisfactory resolution and made the decision to switch providers. If you’re another small business considering Aqua Systems, look beyond the equipment. The billing process, communication, and coordination with Pure Water Partners should be part of your decision as well. We sincerely hope no other business has the experience we did.
