  Absolutely outstanding service from Richard Electric! Sherry was incredibly professional, compassionate, and understanding when my AC system stopped working. She immediately helped get me scheduled, and to my surprise, they had a technician at my house within an hour of my morning call. That level of responsiveness is rare these days. Andrew, the technician, was top-notch. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. He didn’t just fix the issue, he took the time to educate me on preventative maintenance and ways to keep my HVAC system running properly moving forward. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. He also explained their annual maintenance plan for only $125 a year, which honestly seems like a no-brainer to help avoid future problems and costly repairs. If you’re looking for a trustworthy HVAC company with exceptional customer service and highly skilled technicians, I strongly recommend Richard Electric.   Mr Kenny and Mr Kolbie removed my old and problematic ground floor HVAC and replaced it with a new 4ton Carrier system. They also removed and replaced some very restrictive ductwork. Overall excellent job! I’ll be working with them again when it’s time to replace the upstairs unit.

  Great company!! We use them for our Carrier unit and they are super responsive and do a great job! Shout out to Andrew, our tech, and Sherry, the dispatcher. They are awesome!

  Richard Electric Co. did a great job handling my HVAC issue. Sherry was really easy to work with over the phone—friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from the start. Matt and Zane clearly knew what they were doing. They arrived on time, got straight to work, and resolved the issue very quickly. Great guys all around. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing reliable HVAC service.

  Richard Electric Co. exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Miss Sherry was incredibly professional and took the time to clearly walk me through the scheduling, warranty, and repair process. Her energy and positive attitude made the entire experience even better. I initially had an issue with my dehumidifier and another company tried to charge me nearly $3,000 to replace a unit that was still under warranty. Thankfully, I reached out to Richard Electric instead. They sent Andrew, a knowledgeable, motivated, and highly professional technician, who quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the dehumidifier under warranty with no hassle. Andrew didn’t stop there, he thoroughly checked my entire HVAC system and identified a faulty upstairs damper, which he also replaced under warranty. That level of attention to detail and honesty is hard to find. Moving forward, Richard Electric will be my go-to for HVAC services. I highly recommend this team if you’re looking for reliable, honest, and professional service; especially in today’s economy where that truly matters.
