  HVAC replaced. Promote. Had new system in the next day! Installers on time. Tanner was very knowledgeable. Answered questions we had and offered info on the unit. Colby was very good also. Answered questions onour questions. They worked hard and were very friendly. We highly recommend them and so do 2 of our neighbors!!

  Last Thursday our HVAC system failed. Service Tech Brandon responded and was able to get the unit up and going temporarily until we could decide on just what we were going to do. Here it is mid-afternoon on Tuesday and our new HVAC system is up and blowing cold air. Couldn't ask for more timely, efficient, and professional service through the entire process. Starting from the customer-service rep that took the first trouble-call, the first tech that showed up and got the system going, the person that showed up to review the situation and give us a replacement suggestion and price quote, up to and including the Technicians that show up this morning and installed the new unit. We couldn't be more pleased. Would certainly recommend Richard Electric.

  I was using a different AC company to service my 3 units at our home on Smith Lake in Crane Hill. The tech came out because I was having issues with my main level thermostat which was not working. The tech got the issue fixed, but told me the main coil had a Freon leak which he could not repair because the company was not Carrier certified and that I would need to call Richard Electric. I called and they set up a tech to come out the next morning. Kody came out and couldn’t have been more professional. He went to work looking for a leak in the coil, but couldn’t find one. He then went outside and found the leak and repaired it. Needless to say I will be using Richard Electric for my maintenance and service going forward for both my Carrier and Generac generator equipment.

  From start to finish. Start is with Sherry, Finish is with Andrew Richard Electric Co did an also, great job! In preparing my AC. I cannot thank Richard and Company enough for a job well done. Sherry was very nice. She took my name and address and in 10 minutes Andrew was here at my door. Andrew was very nice and he knew exactly what he was doing. Now my AC is up and running. Again, I cannot thank Andrew and Sherry enough. I want to give both of them a "Loud Shout Out" Thank You Both deserve a big pay raise or promotion. Thanks Again! Thanks Richard Electric Company

  Had my AC stop working at my house. Called Sherry and she was a pleasure to deal with. She listened to what happened and immediately got a tech scheduled to come out the same day to fix the issue. Andrew, the tech sent out, was knowledgeable and great to deal with. He even had to drive to Florence and back from New Market for the parts he needed and got it taken care of the same day so my AC would work again. I would highly recommend working with them. It was a great experience all around.
