After a long day and almost a burnt down house, they did send the tech to come work on our air conditioner. This is the second time that we have had an issue with our brand new air conditioner. The last time we had to wait several days for somebody to even come out due to them only having one technician. It took several phone calls and pictures for them to even come out to do anything today. The tech complained about us being “picky” when his shotty work is the reason our air conditioner stopped working and almost burnt our house down. The boss threatened to not honor my warranty because I was “rude” and “cussed him”. I have the right to be rude because they have left me and my animals in the heat with no air twice now. Had the company I bought my trailer from not chose them I would not be staying with them. I understand that most companies are struggling but the miles on the techs truck and the cost of having them come out to my house when my air is not working is not my issue. This company needs to check their work and care more about their customers.

I bought a new mobile home from a company that sources this company for their air conditioners. I have had problem after problem. Our air unit is a month old. It stopped working right after it was installed, the tech came out to look at it days after it stopped working and then came to fix it after the part came in. It took forever to get somebody to come out the first time because they are understaffed. Understaffing on the company’s part should not be leaving their customers this dissatisfied. The tech is very nice and it is not his fault, but whoever is managing this company is the worst. The AC is once again not working and they are making me wait days until they come fix it. It is hot and I have animals that should not be in a 90° home. Nobody should be left without air in a brand new home. This is unacceptable behavior and issues to be having with a new unit. I am being left days to weeks without air and having to eat the costs of using a window unit. I would stay far away from this company at all cost!!!!!!!!
