  Elijah came out on a emergency call after hours , stayed late , and came back to finish up the next morning to restore power . He's great and I would highly recommend him to family and friends . Thank you Elijah for being YOU

  We had a couple of breakers that occasionally "tripped". Avans Electric was able to send Casan,who was diligent and knowledgeable about the electrical system. He was very well mannered,professional and polite.

  Nate and Christian from Avans were excellent to work with. Nate came out to provide a quote and immediately impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, clearly explain our options, and answer all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. Christian did an outstanding job with the electrical work on my house. He was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything, made sure the work was done safely and efficiently, and left everything clean when he finished. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with this kind of work, but Christian absolutely delivered. I’d highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable electrical services. Overall, a great experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with Nate and Christian.

  Outstanding, amazing service!! If you are in an emergency situation, these are the guys to call! A tree fell and ripped the power lines down, the meter box, the pole, and all the hardware on the outside of the house. I had no power and every other company said it was a major problem that would take DAYS OR WEEKS to fix - but Avans said "no problem, we are on our way." They went into red alert mode, sent their closest electrician who showed up in minutes. His name was Nate, and he was great 😃 He jumped on the situation like it was a five alarm fire drill! The company sent others out in a coordinated manner to get the permit, bring supplies, and get the inspector there in time, so Nate could stay focused on the job at hand. The whole company was all hands on deck so I could have my power on asap, and they got it handled same day, before the sun went down. Professional, friendly, helpful, gave great advice, very informative, very knowledgable, and the quality of their work was exceptional. Thank you Nate, Daryl, and everyone else at Avans for responding so quickly, and working together as a team to get this situation taken care of. ...but the story doesn't end there. After all that effort they put into getting me back online, and getting the inspector out there same day, Alabama Power decided they didn't feel like cutting it on until the next day. When Daryl, the owner of the company found out, he got in his van at 10 o'clock at night, drove half an hour to my house free of charge, and loaned me a backup generator free so I could have power through the night!!! WOW!!! That was above and beyond the call of duty. 🫡 When they say "we'll have your power back on tonight" ...THEY MEAN IT. I have never known any company to be so diligent, so determined, so thoughtful, and so willing to go the extra mile like they did. I could not ask for a better experience. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
