Called A Quality Pumping and they found the tank in 10 minutes. Pumped it out. Very professional and friendly. My great granddaughter was at the window watching them and took the time to acknowledge her and wave and smile at her. She was thrilled.

Great experience working with him. A Quality will be our septic maintenance company from now on. Highly recommended! Being a contractor myself, I completely understand why our lakefront property cost $100 dollars more - you never know what you will find out there. They cleaned up professionally and left my yard ready for me do the finish landscaping. Exactly what I wanted.
- AAAliseMar 5, 20252.0I feel that a 1-star rating isn’t entirely fair, as they did answer the phone, so 2 stars seems more appropriate. However, I want to give others a heads-up about a few things. First, they will charge extra if your house is on the lake, even if the yard is flat and there are no issues with their truck accessing the property. It seems they base the price increase solely on the assumption that lakefront properties are wealthier. When I questioned this higher charge, Ron interrupted me repeatedly and wouldn't let me finish speaking to explain my concerns. Additionally, if you ask them not to leave a big mess in your yard, they'll push back, stating they’re not landscapers. Be sure to note that they require you to be at the property the entire time they’re there, as they need payment immediately after the job is done. They don’t accept Venmo, which is inconvenient in today's digital age. Overall, I was very disappointed with the customer service, which fell short of expectations. They could definitely improve in these areas.
