  We recently inherited a small farm in rural Walker County Alabama. The windows were over 25 years old and needed replacement. There were very few window companies that serviced our area. We set up appointments with four companies, including Window World of Central Alabama (WWoCA). They were the first appointment. Brock Cornelius came to our farm and did a great job presenting their windows, measuring, and discussing different options with us. He also prepared a complete quote for us. We met with the next company and were very disappointed in the presentation and their twice-the-price windows. The third company didn't want to come to our farm because they had already decided we couldn't afford it based on the address. They couldn't come for another three weeks. We canceled their appointment. The fourth company had awful reviews regarding delivery delays and poor installations. We canceled their appointment as well. We really liked the Window World casement windows and especially liked their price. We signed a contract three days later with the expectation that the windows would be manufactured, delivered, and installed by the end of July. We got a call a couple of weeks later to let us know the windows would be delivered to WWoCA in mid-June. We got a call two weeks after that the windows were ready and they had an install opening in three days. We jumped on it! The overall communications were great. Otacilio and Kenneth arrived on Monday a couple of hours early which we said they could. They immediately got to work and worked all day until around 8pm. The windows were installed and caulked, but finish trim and shutters remained. They arrived at 8am the next morning and again worked hard all day in 95+ degree heat. They wrapped up the entire job by 9pm Tuesday. That may sound like a long time to install 12 windows, one was a double, but they were efficient, professional, friendly, courteous, and above all meticulous in everything they did. It has been a very long time since I have seen a team work as diligently and smoothly as Otacilio and Kenneth did. We will be installing two more windows and a 9 ft patio sliding door in the basement along with two more entry doors and a front door over the next year. Window World of Central Alabama has already won those jobs based on their performance. We hope very much that Brock Cornelius continues to be our sales representative and that Otacilio and Kenneth do all the installations. We heartily recommend Window World of Central Alabama!

  Paris answered my call and was SO patient and polite as I shared the problem. She asked for details and called me back as she said she would. We talked several times and she was most helpful and kind. Every business should have a “Paris” . Having owned a business for many years I suggest she would be a great instructor to train others in EXCELLENT customer service!!!
