  We used Window World to replace 10 windows in our home. Overall, we are happy with the results and quality for the price we paid. However, one of the windows we were not replacing was damaged during the installation process. It has taken over 2 months to fix the glass and 4 visits from the crew. They are not yet done with the touch-ups on the repair.

  Camilo and his crew did an excellent job on a very difficult project. I wasn’t sure how they were going to get the large four panel door into the house but they made it look easy. Very professional. I would highly recommend them for future projects.

  From the quote to the finish of the install, this is the second time I've used Window World. Both times I've had good experiences. Better pricing than my other quotes and quality products.

  Camilo and his staff was awesome, they were courteous and they worked as a team and got the job done in about 5 hours. Thank you Window World for the excellent service starting with the salesman and ending with the installation. Great Job.

  I had my windows replaced in my mobile home last week. Window World gave me a installation time frame from 1-3 on Friday 4/17/2026. The crew never showed. I got on the phone with the main office, and they stated that the crew was on a job that took longer than expected. The whole perk to booking with Window World was 1 day installation. The main office reassured me that if it did not get done Friday on my scheduled install date, that the crew would be back Saturday 4/18/2026 to finish, so I would not have to take off work again. The main office then got me in touch with the project manager, and he stated that the crew was about 30 minutes out from my home. An hour and 15 later, the crew shows up at 5:45pm. They get to work, they worked till 9pm that night, and installed all the windows. The crew was great, and worked very hard. The only thing they did not accomplish Friday was the trim. We figured they would be back Saturday as the main office assured me. Saturday morning comes, and no sign of the crew, and no communication from Window World or my project manager. We text our project manager, and he states that he would check on the crew's jobs for Saturday and be in touch. Two hours later, we have no update. I have to yet again call the main office, they advise me to get back in touch with my project manager. He then informs us of the crew having 3 previously scheduled jobs for Saturday 4/18/2026 in Tuscaloosa. Why couldn't that have been communicated when we intially reached out to him Saturday morning? He states that the crew would be out after. I did not want my windows done in the dark of night, as that makes it hard to see the final product. The project manager states the crew would be back first thing Monday morning 4/20/2026. Come Monday morning, Alessandro and his crew came out to finish the job. They worked hard, and were very kind. They spent all day at my home and made sure everything was perfect. We could not have asked for a better crew. Both crews we had were great, and they were hard workers. BUT the lack of communication between Window World and their customers was AWFUL. I did not in fact get the "1 day installation." It would seem that Window World over-books, and over-works their crews. I was very very disaapointed with the way things were handled. After the final steps of installation on Monday 4/20/2026, I was very pleased with the final project and the work of Alessandro's crew. If it weren't for the lack of communciation from the project manager and central office, I would have been able to give 5 stars. I hope this is something that they can work on, and learn from. Their products are great, and their crews are great. The over head reflects negatively on the hard working crews.
