I rented some equipment from here and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I even had an equipment failure, through no fault of sunbelt, and they helped me get it repaired and back to work. I will definitely use them from here on if I need anything and I highly recommend them to anyone with any equipment needs.

Reserved A top dresser as well as an aerator two weeks ahead. Ordered sand for delivery and took two days off of work. Day before get told they don’t have the top dresser bc a client with a charge acct wanted to keep it longer. Never have I been told making a reservation as well as putting payment info in doesn’t guarantee your reservation. This is all after talking with them twice to confirm it would be there. Guy in the phone just wanted to argue. Won’t ever do business there again.

I needed a gas cutoff saw to cut some asphalt. I showed up last minute on a Friday. It was like begging to be treated poorly but I'm so impressed with the gentlemen behind the counter. I got everything I needed and all my stupid questions were answered without any condescension.

Is a deposit required for a reservation?
For customers without a line of credit, Sunbelt Rentals does not require a deposit to rent tools and equipment. However, you will be asked for payment information when you make your reservation. Your credit or debit card will not be charged for the rental period (one ((1)) day minimum) until you pick up the equipment.
For Credit Customers, we will secure a deposit for your reservation. This deposit will be held within your account until the rental equipment is returned and the contract closed. Apply for a credit account here.
If your project is quick and you only need the equipment for a few hours, Sunbelt Rentals does offer a Rapid Return rate. Return the equipment within four (4) hours of the pickup time and we will refund the difference of the Rapid Return rate. Rates will vary based on product. What if I need to keep my equipment longer?
If you need assistance, please contact the branch of the equipment rental and they can extend the rental for you. When you keep the equipment longer, we will add the additional time and charges to your contract and credit card. Please refer to the rental contract, where the day, week and 4-week rates are shown for each piece of tool and equipment.
Can I return rented equipment at any location?
Typically, equipment should be returned to the same location where you initially rented it. If you need to return it to a different location, please contact the store where you rented the equipment for guidance. It’s advisable to call ahead so we can assist you in finding a convenient alternative location for your return. Your convenience is our priority.
What is the cost for the delivery of equipment to my location?
The delivery charge is calculated based on the category and class of equipment, the location of the rental location, the distance of the project site from the rental location.
Can I get tools and equipment delivered to me?
Yes, Sunbelt Rentals offers convenient delivery options from our extensive network of locations for a reasonable fee. When making a reservation, simply select the delivery option. During the reservation process, you can specify the delivery drop-off date and time, as well as your estimated equipment pickup date. The estimate is for our planning purposes and not a final date.
To initiate our equipment pickup service, you must confirm the end of your rental via the app or by phone. Additionally, if you have specific delivery instructions or prefer a designated contact person for coordination, please include those details when submitting your reservation.
