  Nelson Watters did an excellent job presenting the product and addressing my concerns. He was very thorough and detailed during our appointment, and as I asked questions, I could tell that he was very knowledgeable about the patio systems. He was professional and easy to talk with, and I was impressed with the quality of the product.

  I had the opportunity to talk with Mrs. Sandy King on Thursday, May 14, 2026. Presently, I have a screened patio deck. I am in the process of adding windows. I was truly impressed by her presentation. Mrs. King: Very detailed.and knowledgeable. I will be contacting Patio Enclosure in a couple of months. Mrs. King is an asset to your company.

  Ask for Sandy King! She drove all the way from Birmingham to Gadsden on a rainy evening to help me decide what I wanted to do. She was patient with me when I didn’t know what I wanted and she had great ideas and talked me through it.

  We love our sunroom. However, if you ever have to get warranty work done be prepared for months for someone to get back to you and get it scheduled. Very, very happy with the installation and the installers. It’s after they leave when something goes bad be prepared to get the runaround no answers and oh she left the company… And now, the company responds with some garbage about me contacting the installer ONLY. NOT TRUE! I have the name and date/time I contacted YOUR employee directly about this, and the same of the follow-up phone calls I've made to that employee with no response. AND, I've still not heard back from anyone about fixing the leak, as well as replacing some bad handles (which apparently is getting missed in the messages...). Yep, this is exactly what I was talking about in my first review...MONTHS and excuses.

  We did not enjoy the process. A consultant came out to measure and provide a quote. Needed our WiFi password (?!) to access the “portfolio” of products they brought to show us on their iPad. After receiving the quote, and the discounts, we felt like we were sitting there trying to buy a car. “This incentive” and “that incentive” might possibly be available, and would that get us to make the purchase TODAY before the incentives disappear?! Upfront, we told the consultant we were getting two more quotes and still needed HOA approval. We decided against doing business with this company due to how off-putting the experience was, and then we were contacted by JUSTIN. He went above and beyond trying to make things right. While we didn’t end up choosing Patio Enclosures for our patio enclosure, this would have been a one star review if not for Justin. We left with a much better feeling overall about the company thanks to his communication and efforts.
