We had the pleasure of meeting Nelson Watters, Jr. for our consultation regarding upgrades to our existing deck, and adding a sunroom on both upper and lower deck.
He arrived promptly with a smile. He asked us for our vision, and he proceeded to bring our vision together. He was very detailed, answered our questions, and provided great suggestions.
It was like sitting down with an old friend.

I called to get a remodel done on a room that was previously enclosed, and I encountered the absolute rudest person I’ve ever called when trying to get a job done. She absolutely is driving business away from your company. If you’re the owner of this company you need to hire someone new to answer your phone. I explained to her what I needed done and she very demeaning replied back that they don’t do rooms like mine because they’re not attached to the My room is attached to the house and she said, but does it have a house roof? I said yes ma’am it does it very much does and she proceeded to try to explain to me how it doesn’t. I’m. I’m just quite honestly floored. I was done arguing with her so I just hung up and called someone else that very nicely agreed to come out in a few hours and give me a quote so it all worked out but you need new people answering your phone
