Capital has been in business and located in Hoover since 1995. Since that time we have grown from one van and 20 customers to twelve service vehicles and over 5,000 customers. We are a medium size company that is large enough to handle bigger projects but small enough to care. Ninety percent of our new business comes from referrals so customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. The majority of our employees have been with our company over 10 years and all have gone through background checks and drug screening. Our technicians are extremely qualified with experience ranging from 10 to 28 years. We primarily serve Jefferson and Shelby counties, offer same day service as well as emergency after hours service.

- AHAlfred Hanhauser1 day ago5.0Planning for a major systems update for our original Trane HVAC system, and the addition of a Generac generator, we selected Capital Comfort Services after receiving a strong recommendation from a close member of our extended family…this week in a span of 3 days (2 “actual” work-days), two teams (HVAC/Trane—Bobby, Gus, & Parker on Tuesday) (Generator/Generac—Kyle, Wesley, & Diego on Thursday) installed & commissioned both systems flawlessly- cleanly, professionally, and with an observed sense of pride in their workmanship. We are very, very pleased with the results, and so glad the recommendation to engage Capital Comfort in these home upgrades was given- sincere thanks to both teams, and also to Tommy O. and Tim for site evaluation & quotation prep, and Lora at their home office for financial planning and logistical items including Spire Gas & Alabama Power, plus local Helena inspection requirements. All items came together precisely as described, and in line with our earlier recommendations/expectations..… we highly recommend this team from Capital Comfort, and would enlist them again in the future, many thanks to all 🙏 ✅👏👍!!
