- SLSheila LyonNov 28, 20251.0We had a terrible experience with Cabinets to Go. Our contractor went to the store to order our cabinets. Cabinets were chosen, and the salesman was told what we needed. They called me, and I paid for the cabinets over the phone. When they were delivered, I looked at the delivery ticket and realized what was delivered was not what was ordered, and would not fit our space. Cabinets to Go would take no responsibility for the mistake, refused to pick up the wrong cabinets, and charged us a 25% restocking fee when the contractor returned them. I would never buy anything else from them, and would advise anyone who asked not to do so.
