  had a very disappointing experience with Sequel Electric. I purchased a 3-phase surge protector and gave the employee at the counter the exact voltage of the panel it was being installed on. Based on that information, they sold me the wrong surge protector. When it was installed, it immediately failed because it was not the correct surge for the 3 phase panel. I called to explain what happened, expecting them to stand behind their mistake. Instead, I was told they would not replace the surge protector or refund my money, even though their employee recommended and sold me the incorrect product after being given the correct panel voltage. As an electrical contractor, I rely on suppliers to provide the correct equipment when I supply the necessary specifications. I understand that mistakes happen, but refusing to take responsibility for an error made by your staff is disappointing. I hope they reconsider how they handle situations like this in the future or they will be out of business soon.

  Don’t shop here. Home Depot is cheaper if you’re not set up with them. We typically use Inline. Customer service is horrible.

  Was given directions and address to this location, wrong of course, then they treated me like I was the idiot.
