  We bought a system October, 2024. We received NO instructions. I am not happy with the way my water tastes (because it's salty), and the softening system just stopped functioning in June 2026. It's been nothing but a hassle, and was ridiculously expensive to begin with.

  Jeremy was awesome! He checked everything and explained it all to me which was great. He also gave me recommendations that I will certainly put into action. He can do my system maintenance anytime.

  Both of these guys worked all day long in the hot sun, and the ground was like concrete. They did a great job and stayed til after 10:00 am night. Ok extremely pleased with the job they did. I think they deserve a raise.

  Zac installed our system and he was spectacular. So smooth and easy. Such a nice gentleman. The entire process from beginning with Andy and Landon to the end with Zac was top notch. No more icky water. My neighbors will be so jealous.

  Aqua Systems is a honest family ran business not taking advantage of Seniors. I contacted them to inquire about purchasing 1 of their filer water for my health reasons, such as I do not have to lift bottle water to my home, or drink too much bottle water for better health reasons according to what ? Certain doctors & specialist are staying is bad for our human bodies that's contributing to more health problems in our life span as we age. 1 filter water company did come to my home was going charged me double & some extra $$ for the same system-***what I purchase from Aqua System. "So, be careful seniors. " We do not have excess money like that to pay out living on a set incomes. Aqua System treated me like their own family member 😇🙏❤️. God does blesses caring, honest & truth worthy companies that are ran by their own good family members. I paid Aqua Systems off fory system right away. Their kind family technician that came out to install my system did let me know that they will keep up with me in the future. He did state that it is what they do with all their customers. Today, I received a big beautiful surprise from them Aqua System in the mail. It was a personal expensive special made Thank you card with a token of their appreciation surprise big $$ gift that I could use for future purchases or give to a friend. The $$ amount is so so generous coming from the kindness of this entire family's heart. It is personally signed off by the Chris Sims their family president of the company. I thank you 😭🙏-Aqua Systems for all their consideration & kindness. Personally I didn't 🤔 companies with this much caring, kindness & love exist anymore on 🌎 earth, Really.
