  Fabulous service and follow up. Professional and courteous and did a very neat installation. I could not be happier with the system and I’m loving the softness of my shower and the reverse osmosis drinking water

  Landon did an amazing job with our install. He occasionally asked questions to make sure we were happy with the way new pipes and cords were ran. I appreciate him also telling me how to maintain the new system. This company really does make things easy.

  For the most part, the service was very good. There was a slight breakdown in communication during the installation, but other than that, everything went well. My only real issue is that a GFCI has been tripping intermittently, and there wasn’t really an offer of a resolution other than suggesting I find another way to address it. Other than that, I was satisfied with the overall service.

  Andrew did a good job filling the salt and he was curtious. However we were not told he was coming this moring until about 2 hours before he came. Aqua Systems does a poor job letting customers know with enough time to adjust our plans. They say leave the garage door open if we cannot be there. A 2 day notice would be a better solution.

  We had an Aqua Systems water and ice machine installed yesterday at our office. We are very happy with the machine so far. I really like that it is hands free which keeps germs down in an office environment. Cameron was our installer and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He was so pleasant and professional. He made sure the machine was installed correctly and looked great in our space. His priority was ensuring that we were 100% satisfied. That kind of service is rare these days. Good employees are hard to find, but Aqua Systems has one in Cameron.
