  I recently had a custom 16x30 cottage-style shed built by the Tuff Shed team out of Birmingham, and I couldn't be happier with the results. This was much more than just a standard shed, and the entire experience—from design to completion—was outstanding. I want to extend my deepest appreciation to Eric Kirk, our area sales and design expert. He was incredibly patient and expert in helping me realize my vision. He took the time to walk me through the design line by line, making sure every want and need was satisfied. He even suggested helpful details I hadn’t thought of on my own, ensuring everything lined up perfectly while providing great value. Throughout the process, his commitment to quality control ensured we got everything we asked for and more. The installation crew, Lee and Jamie Robertson, were equally impressive. They were friendly, professional, and demonstrated true pride in their work. They took the time to talk me through the entire build in detail, explaining every step of the process. The craftsmanship is superior, and it’s clear they pay attention to every detail. If you are looking for a high-quality structure and a team that genuinely cares about the final product, I cannot recommend the Birmingham crew highly enough!

  I purchased a tuff shed from Home Depot. The salesman from tuff shed was two hours late for the schedule appointment we had. The Home Depot manager called him after noticing I was still standing there by the customer service desk. He told her he was in the parking lot. Let’s just say I didn’t see him for 15 more minutes. When he finally got there, we went outside to see the displays. I liked one of them and asked him could I just buy the display instead of them having to build me one, “ he said yes, as long as it can fit already assembled. I didn’t think it was a problem because I just had a shed moved that was much larger. Two days before the delivery day I called him to confirm everything was OK. He said yes everything is a go. The office should be calling me today or tomorrow with a time of delivery. I didn’t get a call from the office so I called them and ask what time will my shed be delivered tomorrow? She asked me have I talked to my salesman? I told her yes, I talked to him two days ago and he said someone from the Office would be giving me a call with a delivery time. She said No we emailed him a week ago and told him that the driver went by the house and said that the truck will not fit in the back with the shed being assembled. I was pissed. I called the salesman and he said he had just got the email that day. I had contractors scheduled the next day and I’m using my shed for a office so I had office furniture all over my house longer than I expected. I was refunded for the display shed since they were unable to make the delivery. I was told by management if I wanted to have one built, I could go back to Home Depot and meet the salesman and it wouldn’t be any additional cost for the new build for all of my trouble. I was so upset I didn’t realize I ended up paying a little over $100 more for the shed after I was told it would be the same price. The salesman told me that he was going to add a light to the outside of my shed with no additional cost and my new shed would look just like the display. It was built today. I have no lights that was promised to me and the residential door that was on the display is not the same door that’s on my shed. I called to the office and the salesman told me he’s working on it. The Office told me they would call me back. I have not heard from them. I will not recommend TUFF SHED to anyone.
