  They appear to be nice genuine and honest people but definitely not man of their word. I gave $3500.00 deposit and should have been installed within 2 weeks. I kept getting run around about installation. I dealt with Griffin and Scott. Scott took my deposit over phone. I never received contract or receipt but have my bank statement where the deposit was deducted. I asked for refund and Scott promised that he would send a check. Never received it. He then promised he would refund my card. I Still haven’t received it. It has been 3 months. No fence no money back and now avoiding phone calls. Now I have to go through court to receive my money back.. So disappointed.

  A fence to me is a major purchase. I am old school, I still believe a mans word and a handshake is a mutual contract just as binding as the actual contract. I called another roofing company and Proline to attain quotes from both. The first company showed up 3 hours late, didn't call me to let me know and I just waited. He showed up and my Husband walked around and talked to him. Proline kept me informed the day they was coming out for the quote. John showed up, him and my husband walked around and talked, very respectful nice young man. Husband and I talked and decided to go with Proline because they showed up and did exactly what they said they would, they was on time, and very respectful and nice. The other company was NOT and that matters to me. I'm 53, my Dad was a coal miner and his word was golden and it should STILL be that way today, and Proline is. My fence is up and beautiful and they will be coming back to stain it. You can't go wrong with Proline fencing. Very honest people.

  Everything was great from requesting an estimate to installation. They communicated well and showed up on time every time. I would highly recommend this company for any fence install.

  We recently had a fence installed at our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The crew was incredibly hardworking and dedicated. They continued working even in the rain, showing a level of commitment that truly impressed us. At one point, I felt bad seeing them getting wet and offered for them to come inside and wait for the rain to pass, but they remained focused on completing the job and maintaining their schedule. During the installation, an issue involving a water line came up. The installation manager responded immediately, arrived on site, and handled the situation professionally and efficiently. His quick response and willingness to take responsibility gave us great confidence in the company. The workmanship was excellent, the communication was clear throughout the project, and the finished fence looks fantastic. It is refreshing to find a company that takes such pride in its work and customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional fence contractor.
