  Terrible experience with Pro-Line Fencing I would not recommend Pro-Line Fencing based on my experience. I was promised that my fence would be installed, and I have continued to be told to “keep waiting” and that it would be done “tomorrow.” Months have now gone by, and I still do not have my fence. The repeated promises and delays have been extremely frustrating. If you make a commitment to a customer, you should follow through and communicate honestly when there is a delay. I have been patient long enough and simply want the fence I was promised. Very disappointed with the service and the lack of follow-through.

  Would absolutely recommend Pro Line for your fencing needs. My personal experience: I found these guys through my neighbor who was shopping for someone to install a fence. We are adjacent neighbors so having one team build our fences together with the party fence just made sense. Before these guys I got burned by a contractor that never came through and delivered on what they promised. Pro Line gave me a great competitive quote. Exceptional warranty with their posts and 2x4s. They also gave me the peace of mind that my deposit was secure and that they would deliver on their work. Paid at the start of July, but with all the rain it was tough for all fencing companies to work through the adverse weather conditions. I had my fence installed the first week of August along with my neighbors. From a workmanship standpoint... Man these guys are amazing! Day 1, the project lead met me at my house, we took the time to walk the yard and make sure my plan for the fence aligned with what they had so that we could avoid any costly mistakes. (I recommend anyone regardless of who you choose to do this. Making sure you're on the same page is essential). Day 2, They removed my existing posts (from a previous contractor). They marked the yard and dug the holes for the posts. They make sure they're at a minimum of 2ft ( those suckers were deep). This gave us extreme peace of mind in the long term stability of the fence. After that they set the posts. They also set the 2x4s and installed the gates and most of the pickets. These guys worked from sun up through an unexpected downpour in the afternoon while installing pickets. All the way through until it was too dark to see. Day 3 they came back and finished the job with scalloping the tops and finishing the build. Some of the hardest working members I've had the pleasure to work with. My dad taught me the importance of taking care of others so I wanted to help in any way I could during the build. Each day was very hot so I set them up with a cooler full of drinks and snacks. I hope it helped. Keep that in mind if you end up hiring a team to build your fence. Take care of the team that's taking care of you. The result: An amazing quality fence that came out perfect. My family loves it. They exceeded my expectations on the quality. Their level of care and service were exceptional. I can't recommend these guys enough! Family owned. Great customer service in my experience. Focused on taking care of you as the customer. Material quality is a cut above others. Great team all around.   Just had an aluminum fence installed by Pro Line Fence and we are extremely happy with the result. Start up was slightly delayed by Mother Nature but once it stopped raining it moved quickly. Installation crew did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The whole job was completed in one day and looks great. Our lawn service dented one of the posts and Scott was out here to make a small adjustment that we had requested looked at it, went back to his shop to get a new fence section and had it had it installed in less than an hour! AND DIDN'T CHARGE A PENNY! Customer service at its best.

  If you’re looking for a quality fence and a company you can truly trust, I can’t recommend Proline Fencing enough! They are a wonderful family-owned business, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. Even with weather issues (which were completely out of their control), they worked hard, and did everything they could to get our fence finished as quickly as possible. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. They’re a popular company for a reason, so if you’re thinking about getting a fence, don’t wait, get on their schedule! It was absolutely worth the investment, and we’d recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful, high-quality fence and outstanding customer service.

  Update 8/1/2026... They still have NOT replaced the gate. The communication is still awful and they were a no show on Friday. Per the businesses response; They did speak to us and "apologize" and "promise" to call, schedule and fix the gate. Yet, here we are. We call several times weekly, get promises to return our call or schedule, etc. AND THEY NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH. So here we are. We paid in full and Proline gladly took our money and failed to follow through with the promised product. Communication is awful!!!! I wish I had wonderful things to say, as I can see others have had great experiences with Proline. I chose them because of their reviews. But whoa...from start to finish it was something. Took forever to get a quote, then when we asked them to draw a propsal for our HOA, ARC request, they took weeks and then lied about sending it and then sent one that did not represent our property lines (so waited again), the installer was 2 hours late, and they installed a gate backwards. Then we were told they don't have to explain anything to us, if we don't ask they don't explain. The rude and unprofessional texts, when they actually did respond, were unprofessional to say the least. (I have screenshots.) They did eventually say they'd fix the fence. Great, we appreciated that. We waited for the gate to be ordered and come in. No problem. Then back to no reply to our texts and no returned call when we left messages with receptionist. I even offered to pay for the installers mistake so we could get this resolved. I assume they just want more money, as we already paid in full for the fence. Bottomline line is, if they were more organized, responsive, and communicated internally and externally better, most of this wouldn't have happened.
