  Don Carter Heating and Cooling installed our AC unit 11 years ago and service it yearly. We have never had a problem with it. They have also installed a new fire place insert with no issues. They are always reliable and can come out quickly.

  Don Carter installed our HVAC units when we built in May 2010. We invested in their maintenance program and got 16 years of service out of our units (normal life 10-15 yrs), so when both our units died within days of each other, Don Carter responded quickly and professionally to what the next steps could be. We ended up having to purchase two units, both were in stock and installed in two work days. The technicians came early and finished on time. They were courteous and cleaned up any messes from their work. Always keeping my husband and me in the loop of what was being done and what to expect next, we felt confident in their work and now, after a couple weeks of using our new systems, we are thrilled with the results. Thank you to Don Carter Heating & Cooling for another great experience!

  Preston was very thorough, professional and detail oriented. As a bonus, he was friendly. He took his time getting the job done. The price was reasonable for the work performance.

  They were able to get to our job within a couple of days and finished in three. They were professional. They cleaned up everything. No trash left behind.
