  Chad's Climate Control has quickly become a preferred vendor for our property management company. They are quick to answer, even after hours, and have gone above and beyond with customer service. They recently installed a new system for us, and it was done very efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend them!

  I had a pretty good feeling that my AC condenser was bad after doing some YouTube and Google research, although I definitely wasn’t 100% sure. I called Chad’s Climate Control at 7:15 AM, and by 8:30 AM the problem was diagnosed and repaired. Bobby Lewis was the technician who came out, confirmed my theory, and got everything taken care of quickly. On top of being extremely knowledgeable and professional, Bobby was an absolute gentleman and honestly someone I’d have a beer with. It’s not often you find a company that combines great service, quick response, fair treatment, and genuinely good people. Chad’s Climate Control absolutely earned my business, and I’ll be calling them again for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend Chad’s Climate Control and especially Bobby Lewis!

  I had Joe from Chad's Climate Control and Heating come out to fix my AC unit, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Joe was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the unit, explained everything clearly, and made sure the repair was done right. His attention to detail and dedication to quality work really stood out.   Wow!!! What else can I say. Called Chad's @ 6:25 PM told them my house was 78° and Tyler shows up 7:12 ready to work. He hooked up meters, started checking wires and ruled out every possible over priced, unnecessary, "you need this replaced" kind of thing that a lot of guys will insist you need. Guy looks at me and says, "how's the filter look??" I pull the filter out of my return and he never bats an eye "there's your problem" The system wasn't getting enough air flow because of the "high efficiency" filter and instead of charging me an arm and a leg, the man was honest and had my house cooling off with a filter swap. Can't say enough good things about a company that treat people like people. Just good honest folks trying to help their community stay comfortable. Thanks again Tyler and if anyone finds this helpful, give him a call and I think you'll see what I mean.
