- PLpeggy lacherMay 2, 20265.0John Dale and his son quickly identified the problem and repaired our leak. They were both extremely nice, polite and professional. We highly recommend them will definitely call them again if we have future plumbing issues.

They took the time to carefully figure out the problem, explained everything they were doing, and fixed the issue. They were courteous and very professional. The fee was also very reasonable.

I had my hot water tank looked at and was told that the part couldn’t be found and that I’d need a whole new tank running anywhere from $1400-$2400. I called Rheem and found out that it’s a $60 part, bought two from the website they suggested and trust. I will be doing it myself this weekend. I think in this day and age, honesty and doing right by people should still count for something. But they seem good with ripping folks off. Especially with replacing a cheap $60 part and an hour of labor wouldn’t make them as much money as a whole new unit. I’m out a service call fee of $200 after that. Do yourself a favor, call around before having them come out.
