No complaining about being there. Got there without 45 minutes of me calling after hours line. Fair rates and he did a very thorough job. Highly recommend for a clogged sewer line.

He's listened patiently to my concerns and worked diligently to determine my problem. I thought I had drain flies, but discovered that they were some other type of insect. I was given advise on possible solutions to eradicating this problem, including contacting a pest control company. Jay was up-front and honest and trustworthy. Realizing this was not a drain issue necessarily, I was pleased to find that a service call charge was all that was required. I thank him for taking the time to identify the problem and offer other options that will not require excessive out-of-pocket costs. I've used Roto-Rooter 3 times now and have always been pleased with the outcome.
