Your technician diagnosed a rusted drip pan and clogged pipe, charging us $200 for a "repair" that failed immediately. Despite our payment, the leak continued the following day. When my husband explicitly suggested inspecting the ductwork, his concern was summarily dismissed without investigation. Upon contacting your company about the failed repair, we were met with an unhelpful response, implying a "different" problem rather than acknowledging the original issue remained. A second service provider quickly identified the true source: faulty tape on the ductwork, a straightforward fix completely overlooked by your technician. This misdiagnosis and inadequate service resulted in a wasted $200 and unnecessary frustration. This experience highlights a severe lack of diagnostic capability and customer accountability. I strongly advise against using your services, as we received neither a solution nor genuine care for our investment.

They were at our home for eight hours and I only saw them take a break one time. They also came in and told me that our groceries had been delivered, before I could even come and get them, they took it upon themselves to bring our groceries in. Who does that? We are so grateful for these workers and this company.
