  From day one, AFS communication was impressive. Tyler and his Louisville crew arrived promptly as scheduled. Entire crew was very courteous and professional. Work was performed neatly and efficiently. Cleanup was exceptional. I can highly recommend AFS and Tyler's crew for a job very well done!

  Scott came and inspected my basement for moisture and went under the house to look at my foundation. He showed me pictures of the moisture in my basement and explained what needed to be done to fix it. He also showed me pictures of the foundation supports under my house that were not level and explained what needed to be done to fix that also. I agreed to the price and repair the guys came and took care of both jobs. They were great. I went after they left and looked under the house and realized that one of the supports is positioned in front of the access door to my heating unit. My concern is in the future if I have to have this unit replaced it will present a problem and I am not sure if it will be in the way to have the unit serviced. Had I been told that it would be placed in front of the unit I would not have wanted it there. They have assured me that the engineering department could come and remove it if needed. I am sure that would be another expense. I choose this company because of the reputation, experience and knowledge and wanted no problems. Yes, I was shown diagrams of the supports, I felt like it should have been pointed out that it would be placed in front of the heating unit. I feel I paid a premium price for top notch work, and this should have been pointed out.

  Tyler M., Mason, and Jimmy worked diligently all day to finish the work. They are very professional and polite. This is my second time getting work done with AFS. Very expensive though.

  I am a little late but wanted to leave a nice review. AFS did a wonderful job. Richie, Uber, Fernando, and Marco did a wonderful job and saved me a lot of money. Other Contractors wanted to did out the side of the house but AFS had a much simpler solution and far better. They did a wonderful job and i will call them again if needed. My first call.

  Exceeded expectations!! After setting an appointment for an inspection of our crawlspace and storage area, I received a call from Abraham, the Alabaster, AL manager, to come check it out himself. He was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and reassuring, stating he was absolutely certain that his company could eliminate the mold and prevent it from recurring. Abraham set his team into motion for action within a week. The remediation and encapsulation team, led by Breon, arrived as expected, calling as they were leaving their office to let us know when to expect them. Breon, Mauro and Juan had their work cut out for them with the remediation and preparation for the installation of equipment to solve our moisture problems, working well into the evening of their first day. They completed their job on the second day, and made sure that we were satisfied, communicating thoroughly throughout the project. Abraham also made sure we were satisfied. The AFS team may not be the least expensive solution, but I can say that we have already seen and felt results from their work, and were impressed beyond expectations with the attention to detail, and pleasant demeanor, before, during and after the project has been complete. Five gold stars, all the way around!
