  With so many plumbing issues that could go wrong and the demand for quality service, work, and consideration. I’m thankful for all that and prompt response that was displayed from the office to the professionalism of Devon Bailey. This young man listened intently while creating not one but two plans of approach to remedy and fix my elderly mother’s no water issue. That very day! Fast, professional, and courteous. Clean work, done in a workmanlike manner. That’s code right there 😁. I recommend this company. I’ve experienced quality service and solution.

  I bought a 20 year old condo that needed some TLC. I got in touch with Prospector for some help. They were fantastic in every way. I found out that my furnace and water heater were showing their age. Devon explained what was failing and what I could expect to happen. He offered multiple options as far as the service he could provide me. They were fast and extremely helpful. I can rest easy knowing my heat isn’t going to fail in January while I’m away. I’d go back to them in a heartbeat. Thanks to Tom and his crew for a job well done.

  My complete experience with Prospector Plumbing and Heating has been outstanding! From the management to office staff to Devon the technician, I found this company to be the picture of professionalism. Devon has the knowledge, skills and the confidence to handle every aspect of the job. We had three separate jobs he completed. He didn’t just replace what was there before. He added features to keep us from future problems. I highly recommend this company!

  Hi, my name is Rick and I don’t normally make referrals or post statements about services I receive, however there are times when exceptions should be made and today was one of them. I found myself in a bind and needed some immediate help from a plumbing perspective for a four Plex That was having some major water issues. A gentleman by the name of Zach showed up very knowledgeable and respectful. And the kind of guy that if I own a business, I would want him to work for me and represent my company. He tried to save me money where we could, but yet tried to make the process go well and the end result was much better than I could’ve expected. He’ll be back tomorrow to complete the job. I have specifically ask his company for him to come back. And finish the job because of his outstanding workmanship and willingness to try and help me save some money and yet accomplish what we needed to with the water system thank you again Zach you will have a returning customer anytime. I need some help with the duplexes or anyone in the HOA Thanks again Rick job well done.
