If you want your entire experience to be satisfactory then keep moving, this company isn’t it. Everything but the work itself was abysmal. Quality work but EVERYTHING ELSE was the WORST. Adding insult to injury, still had the gall to ask for me to display their yard sign. — Punctuality was poor, 2 reschedules and delayed work for what I was told was essential vehicles breaking down. — Signed me for a specific shingle which suddenly went out of stock right after and offered to have it shipped in if I paid an additional $5k. Essentially it was, ‘We made a mistake and sold you a shingle we do not actually have but can we can charge you significantly more to get it?’. — Personal property was damaged. At least they had the honor to approach my family about it. I’m sure there’s a few companies that would have rolled the dice for it flying under the radar. I’ll hire myself next.

Luke Heathcoat was phenomenal, an amazing rep for the company. I would compare my experience with him to purchasing the last of something before it sells out. You aren’t rolling the dice with this company, would highly recommend you reach out to Luke for all things roofing.

I used Titan Roofing to repair hail damage to my roof. Jeremy was amazing to work with as we navigated insurance and my mortgage company. Highly recommend.

Excellent work with great prices. We worked with Jake at Titan Roofing and he was very professional. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a new roof.
