  Came out the within a couple days of getting message. Assessed what might be problem over phone and was correct. Gave ball park price over phone. Came out and got right to work. Knows area well issues and histories due to long time family business. Offered many options based on pipe condition and pump condition. No pressure. kind and charged below what he estimated which was great. Appreciated their honest work and tipped.

  A big thank you to Swan Well & Pump Service! They just fixed our well today at a very reasonable price. So professional, honest, and customer friendly! We noticed the water coming out of kitchen faucet was getting slow/weak over two months ago. Then the Toto washlet (toilet seat) stopped spraying water. The first assumption was, the kitchen faucet was failing, and the Toto washlet was clogged. Fortunately, a handy friend checked the water pressure gauge next to the water tank, and noticed a zero PSI. That led us to think something might be wrong with the well. We found two well service companies online in Fairbanks area, and called both. Swan Well called back soon (the other company never called back). John came over to check on the problem last Monday, and scheduled us at his earliest available date - today. He was very accurate in diagnosing the problem (there is a hole in the pipe in the well), and tried to explain to us in laymen's terms. He also informed us how the work would be done, and suggested that we clear the snow around the well to save money on labor. John was very transparent on the cost. He gave us a detailed estimate on the cost, listing both parts and labor. Today, they completed the work sooner than expected, and adjusted the charge accordingly- the actual cost was lower than the estimate even though more parts/pipes were used. Quality work, professional knowledge, honest billing, and very affordable price. This kind of company is rare to find nowadays. BTW, we found the paperwork of the well - it was installed in 1993, by John and his uncle. That indicates they have been in business for a long time. John shared that his grandfather and father started the business decades ago. They have been in business for a good reason. We feel so lucky that we called them last week, and wanted to express our gratitude to Swan Well & Pump Service, and wish them luck for the years to come.

  Cannot reccomend John more. Total professional. Diagnosed the problem on the nose and fixed it quick for a reasonable price. He's been in the business for over 40 years and we were totally impressed with the job he did for a reasonable price. 5 stars.

  Swan is a fantastic outfit. We had hole in the well pipe, got a quick response from John, he came out the next day and fixed our well at a fraction of the time and cost of another estimate. Very fair prices and great work. Highly recommend!!
