We wholeheartedly recommend Norrland Builders! We first worked with Nick Olson and his crew on a remodel at our home, and the results were stunning. The craftsmanship was top-tier, and we absolutely love everything they did. Nick kept us informed throughout the project, provided a clear schedule, and completed the work when he said he would. We were so impressed that we hired him again to build us a shop. We couldn’t be happier with the work and highly recommend Nick and his team!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Norrland Builders on numerous apartment renovation projects across our rental portfolio, and they have been outstanding every time. They are incredibly easy to work with, highly professional, and consistently deliver a high-quality finished product. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship truly shows in every project—they make each unit feel like a brand-new home. Even more importantly, our tenants absolutely love the spaces they create, which speaks volumes about the care and thought they put into their work. We highly recommend Norrland Builders to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and professional builders.
