- WWWes WrightAug 19, 20265.0Ok, when I saw this business was rated a full 5 stars in hundreds of reviews, I thought “there’s no way these guys can be THAT consistent.” Because so many of them said, “they got me in same day/the next day,” etc… But sure enough, SAME DAY. Not only that, but as the tech was on his way over, I got a text that included a photo of the individual as well as a brief bio in him. Is all that necessary? No. But those little touches are what demonstrate that these folks put customer service and your peace of mind as their priority. I think they recognize that if you’re calling them for garage door repair, you’re probably not calling on your best day. They do a really good job of taking the sting out of the frustration.
