- DADwayne AdamsMay 22, 20173.0Was charged $900 for a window replacement. When I asked why it was so expensive it was explained that it would take a 3-man crew because it was up on the 2nd floor and they needed the crew for safety purposes. One guy showed up and did the work in a little over an hour. I complained and they got back to me and discounted the price. Have to give it to them for recognizing my concern about the issue.
- WHWill HartmanMay 15, 20171.0Needed a piece of glass cut for a non square frame, I left them the frame and gasket. Got a square piece of glass so I went back and the owner was there and she recognized the problem immediately and said it would be recut correctly. Received the replacement the next day, they put the glass in the frame temporarily without any gasket/glazing and said it was good to go. Nope, the glass is still square and the same size as before. I'm pretty sure they just gave me back the same piece of glass. Ridiculous, learn from my mistake and spend your money elsewhere
