Great experience. Very helpful throughout the whole process of replacing nearly 75% of the home's floorspace with laminate. Felt very welcome during initial consultation at showroom appreciated the quick response to get an onsite estimate. Delivery of product was ontime and the install wet off without issues. Crew even moved some furniture that they were not required to. Very professional and courteous. Office staff was quick to correct bill due to error in original estimate that was due to an over calculation of required materials . This is 2nd time we have used Wylie C&T and have been very happy with the outcome. We highly recommend them.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any service provider of any kind. Our initial impression when we started out was positive based on our experience with the in house sales person. She was pleasant and helpful, but that's where it all ended. When the owner Chris came out to measure he seemed rushed and disinterested in what he was doing. As a result, he missed an important detail regarding the baseboard molding that needed replacing due to water damage. This was not discovered until the material showed up for me to pre-paint prior to installation. I contacted him to point this out and was told he would be unavailable for the next 3 business days as he would be out of town. (business, pleasure....who knows? No explanation) In order to keep the project going, I had to spend my time and gas to source the material that he missed. Did he apologize, no. Did he offer to reimburse me or adjust the material cost for my efforts, no. He just wanted to know why I didn't just go ahead and buy it myself and reminded me he would still have to have his profit markup on the material. The most upsetting mistake made was that the carpet that was supplied was not the carpet that we ordered! It was not discovered until it was delivered. When I called them to report the error I was met with rude, aggressive accusations from the co-owner Wendy, that I had made the error and not them. She was quick to point out to me that "the customer is not always right"...really? After asking her to see what could be done to get what we ordered, (and getting hung up on) I was contacted by the sales person who informed me that the carpet I ordered based on the sample board they provided, had been discontinued by the manufacturer and they supplied a "similar" product, not what I ordered. So, as it turns out the customer WAS right. They made the mistake by not confirming their order. Did the owner Wendy show any professionalism and call me herself and apologize for the error or for blaming me for the error, no! She put it off on the nice sales person. So to keep the project going again, and to get this terrible experience behind us and move on, we reluctantly accepted the carpet provided. My advice is to be sure to read "all" of the reviews. I'm not the only one to have a bad experience. I saw the bad reviews and chose to ignore them because they were a few years old and assumed the problems had been corrected based on recent reviews. I'll take responsibility for "that" mistake.
