  Found a leak on New Year’s Day, got an appt scheduled for the next at 3p. They responded earlier than scheduled, found the leak and had it repaired quickly. Great service!

  Do you do you have anything better than a five star rating? He exceeded our expectations and did a wonderful job flushing out our tankless hot water heaters. He has a great attitude and wonderful personality.

  This was our first time using BlueStar And we are extremely satisfied with our decision. From the ease of booking through the actual repair process, things could not have been easier. Particular shout out to our technician, Josh. He diagnosed the problem and gave us various options to consider. I will definitely use Josh and BlueStar on any future plumbing issues.

  They were great - good communication and explained what they found and what would be done to fix it. Our sewer pipes had 1 break under the house and 3 in the front yard. They had to dig 9 ft deep to fix the front yard pipe since it was broken where it tied in to the city sewer line . They also put in 2 new toilets and fixed a leaky faucet in the back yard.

  Blue Star Plumbing LLC deserves all the praise they have gotten to this point. About a week ago I had the ill luck of a slab leak, we called out multiple plumbing companies to quote us on what was to be a pretty costly repair. Out of the three companies that came out, Josh of Blue Star Plumbing LLC was a rock star well above the rest. Not only did Josh do a thorough examination of were the leak would be using non invasive techniques. He was patient, courteous and a model for what other companies should strive for. We were not charged for him to come out and look into the issue. He gave us quotes for fixing the leak and he did way more for us then the 2 other companies that did charge us to give quotes. These two other companies came out, did very little in the way of simple investigations and only offered us very expensive options to just find the source of the leak and not even including the which was to be probably very expensive repairs. All the while these two companies used pressure tactics to push a new water heater, really anything they could tack on the the investigation and repair cost. We got our extensively detailed quotes, the price was fair for the work to be done. They scheduled it literally the next day due to the urgency of the repair. Kyler came out with another gentleman on the day of the repair (If you guys respond to the review please include this guys name, couldn't find it.) These two guys did an awesome job on rerouting the leaking water line. They took into account that they were cutting into the walls of our home and did only the necessary amount of cutting. I appreciate this because I was the one re patching the drywall, and they made it as painless as possible for me. Thanks a lot for that. I feel this is also worth mentioning that they worked with the tight space under our water heater where the manifold was at for main water. Josh didn't try charge me extra to drain and relocate the water heater or replace it. They really tried their best to keep costs down and not gouge me. Because of all of this, I will only use Blue Star Plumbing LLC for any plumbing needs I have. I recommend to anyone if you have an issue call em out, heck call multiple companies out to get a good handle on repair costs. Blue Star Plumbing LLC will convince you through action and fairness to go with them.
