  I had the best experience today with both Ski and Luis! They took excellent care of me and worked really hard to get my drain clear. Both are very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as they went.

  I called Blue Star because my usual plumbing company had become unaffordable. Blue Star’s technician, Ayaz was prompt, polite and professional. He explained the problem to me in terms that I could understand. He gave me options for both repair and replacement. He showed me the broken parts and completed the job quickly, having the items required on hand. Ayaz also explained the warranty should anything go wrong in the future. I will call Blue Star again

  Luis, Sky, and David were AMAZING. My house had a hot water leak and they were able to save me so much money and ease of damage to my house while fixing it. They got the job done in a day and we were so happy with the results. They are honest, kind, informative, educational, and very thorough with their work. I couldn’t recommend this company enough!!!!

  Disclaimer I am a engineer so you better have your facts straight. David and Uriel are aware of my wild rollercoasting experience with another plumbing company and they came in with their best foot in. They arrive and did a quick test to start isolating where the leak could be. I told them the other company did a air pressure test and the area with the largest bubble was between the kitchen sink and the hot water heater. Uriel proceed to cut open the hot water heater drywall and then the manifolds. It was tricky to identify which run was the leak because after more digging he later found out that the city shut off valve wasn't completely shutting off water to my house and that was causing the pipe to not drain which was what he was looking for when trying to identify which run had the leak. Once he was able to bypass the leaking city shut off valve he found the leaking pipe and capped it. They were able to run a new lead through the attic and within a couple hours that 25 gph leak was gone. They were even nice enough to replace my leaking outdoor spigot with a new one free of charge. People always get work up and take time to leave bad reviews but David and Uriel did such a fantastic job I'm taking my time to write them a good review because they deserve it! It's nice to know there is a friendly neighborhood plumbing company nearby.
