We first dealt with Ricky and were advised that they need to dig up the concrete floor in our garage. We ended up having 27 feet tunnel dug under our house. Eventually Mike and Josh were able to clear the lines by having to use a blow bag. To say the least, it was a lot more work than anticipated but EVRYONE was very polite and professional. We would recommend the Smelscer Plumbing to anyone in need of any plumbing problems. We were extremely grateful that we found this company.

He also gave us some pointers on how to handle grease buildup and called the office to get Curtis to explain more thoroughly. He was very cordial and professional. Excellent service.

Two days later, they wouldn’t give up until everything was in working order. They were very professional and did what needed to be done. In another problem a different company made a mess and didn’t solve the problem. Mike and Josh are my plumbers always!!
