  After the freeze our hose attachment was spraying all over! We called Shelton and they had it fixed in under two hours! The photo isn’t as good as the video was, it was spraying!

  I cannot express how grateful and impressed my husband and I are with Shelton plumbing. We have had a very expensive and long ordeal with our plumbing the last couple years. We have called plumber after plumber to only be given a bill of $800 or more and the problem never fixed. I called Shelton after hearing good things. A young man by the name of Cody came out. He climbed my very steep roof with a heavy camera in tow, which was beyond impressive itself. He came down and showed me an insulated cup that was stuck in the pipe. It all made sense that the problem and smells started the same time the roof was replaced. I guess a roofer dropped his cup down the pipe sitting it there🤷🏻‍♀️. Cody worked hard to bust the cup. Well, he was very disappointed afterwards for the plumbing was still not working right. He climbed back up and shot the camera down again and again until he found the real problem. A bellied pipe. Fast forward, we decided to go with a tunnel dug under our house and two very hard working and brave young men by the name of Jackson and Andrew came out and went down in the tunnel filled with mosquitoes and worked a half a day. They fixed it! I could not believe it! My plumbing works! Moral to the story: Cody cared enough to keep climbing on my roof to near exhaustion with sweat pouring off him, with no lunch break and refusing to let me get him something to eat to keep working until he found the problem. I have never had anyone at my house with work ethics like this! No other company did this before ever!!! We are beyond grateful!! Thank you so much!!! Brett and Debby Boyd
