Katie was extremely helpful and patient throughout the selection, quoting, and installation process. All of the employees we met were professional and so nice. Highly recommend!

I walked in not having a clue what I was doing, and was greeted with a big smile. Tammy quickly made me feel comfortable and happily answered all of my questions. She answered questions I didn't even know I had. Tammy educated me on my options and helped me decide on which material would be best for my needs. Her patience was endless and she happily walked with me through the warehouse multiple times, over a few weeks, until I finally made a decision. Tammy never made me feel rushed or an inconvenience. She happily greeted me at each time I came in. R&D did a great job on the installation and the job was completed in a timely manner. The craftsmen from measuring to install were all professional and accommodating to my schedule. They did a fabulous job and I love my new kitchen counter tops. I will use R&D again in the future!

When I walked in, an employee clearly saw me but was speaking with another customer. She never acknowledged my presence—not even a quick “I’ll be right with you.” There was also a couple waiting, and eventually someone came out to help them. I continued waiting, assuming I would be next, but after 18 minutes no one approached me, greeted me, or even made eye contact. At that point, I decided to leave. As I was getting into my car, an employee finally came out to ask if I had been helped, but by then the lack of customer service had already made up my mind. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one made me feel overlooked and unvalued as a potential customer.
