They completed the work in a timely manner and ensure proper installation / operation of the new system. They worked with us in the selection of a properly sized and very efficient new a/c system. We’ve been more than satisfied from beginning to end. We would highly recommend.
- LLLarry LudtkeJul 29, 20251.0Dalorem came to do a summer clean service on my AC unit on 6/30/2025. I explained that I used them through a repair under a home warranty company and I still had the warranty. I asked that they only do the cleaning service and if there were any repairs needed let me know and we could go through the warranty again to complete. When the cleaning service was done the technician had replaced the capacitor at $150. This is a repair that most people can do themselves and the service call on the warranty is $75. The technician informed me the compressor was making a noise and it sounded like a vibration from the plate. He suggested that they would do the work and I should call the warranty company to start the claim. I called the owner after submitting the claim and explained to him what was needed from the warranty company. He told me he could get the estimate to me the next day. I called back on 7/2 and inquired about the estimate and the owner again informed me that he was on an install all day and would get it to me. I figured there was some delay over the 4th weekend, so I called the warranty company on the 8th of July to inquire if they had received the estimate. Not only did Dalorem not send the estimate they charge me for the capacitor replacement that I asked not to be replaced and couldn’t tell me on the phone that they were not interested in the repairs through the warranty company. This wasted a week of time getting the repair process going. I would avoid using them for any AC needs.

Dave Merola is quick to respond, and goes above and beyond to help customers. (Example: he talked me through how to replace my thermostat myself.) Pricing is very reasonable.

They also handled my insurance claim for me. Justin is great and even helped me fix a hot water heater flue after I told him it was messed up. I recommend using Dalorem for your AC and heating needs. I also appreciate Justin. I’ve met him now three times and he has gone above and beyond for me every single time. Thank you Dalorem and Justin. I appreciate everything.
