The vehicle was very used and in poor condition, but mostly it was not what I was told I would have and did not work for our intended use. This has basically ruined our family Thanksgiving weekend plans because now we have no vehicle for deer camp. Very disappointing.
- BKBilly KimbleMay 4, 20201.0Regarding the Weatherford, TX branch although they were timely in delivering the equipment their after the sale customer service was deplorable when I disputed fraudulent, incorrect and unauthorized billing to my credit card without providing me with a formal invoice. They were completely unresponsive to my emails and phone calls requesting an explanation to the charges that my credit card notified me of. After a week of trying to get this Weatherford branch to respond, I resorted to calling the corporate headquarters that agreed the billing was incorrect and called this local branch directly. Later that same day I received a $300 credit back to my card. Take your business elsewhere. There are other equipment rental companies in Weatherford. There are absolutely no excuses for their poor service given all considerations. Their overcharging my credit card without notification, without an invoice and without returning my requests for an explanation is far more than a mistake and could be considered criminal.
