- KTK Tray1 day ago5.0I recently had my roof replaced by Game Time Construction and am glad that I chose this company for the job. My initial interactions were with Tyrone, who was prompt, helpful, and friendly in responding and interacting with me. He provided a couple of quotes for the options I had and offered a variety of shingles for me to choose from. Most importantly, he provided an accurate timeline for when the crew would arrived, but my expectations were exceeded when they arrived. The crew arrived just after 7 a.m. on the day of the job and were done and gone by 1:30 p.m. They worked quickly, though would make sure to ask clarifying questions on what to remove from the roof when needed. Most importantly, the kept the work site clean and safe, and when they left, there was no evidence that they had been here - with the exception of the roof itself. I am hoping that other jobs I work with them on are done with the same level of service and efficiency. The roofing job gives me the confidence to reach back out to Game Time to get quotes on some of my remodeling projects.

His customer service, response time and helping me every step of the way with the insurance and deadlines. The office staff was excellent. I really felt they not only did great work on my roof and remodeling but felt they really cared about me as a customer and felt so well taken care every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use them and recommend them to anyone who needs quality workmanship and care!
