  Called these folks to assess a potential leak, fix two drains that were slow draining, and diagnose a low water pressure issue in our master bathroom sinks. We were told the leak was a roof issue and to call a roofer (might've been nice to see a picture or description of what was up there but that's alright, they're not roofers so I could understand that). They fixed the two drains fine, and we were told there was nothing they could do for the water pressure since it was a hard water problem. Supposedly tried to scrape the faucets but said they couldn't and to replace the faucet or buy a $10,000 water filtration system from them. That's all fine and dandy until i got the bill an boy am I glad I didn't let them do anything else. For a couple hours work to clean two drains I was charged over $730. When I questioned the price they told me "that's just what stuff costs these days, my truck was $120k." That really painted a great picture. Needless to say, at least they fixed the drains but I'd highly recommend another outfit for plumbing repair. Reading some of these reviews, I'm clearly not the only one.

  I called them to put a hose bib on my house. I didn't have time for it and I expected around $350, $50 bucks in parts, plus an hour or 2 of labor. Quoted me almost $1,000. I paid $89 for the call out fee and and said no thank you. I spent $80 on a parts cut the drywall myself to fit a in plastic piece, and the bib treaded on easy as pie. Took me 1 hour and change to do with the hardware shop and cleanup . That's $900 for 1 hour work plus the call out fee. Be careful and don't be afraid to get more quotes or check reasonable to rates.

  Called to have 4 P-traps relocated at a service facility. Spoke to a very rude and unprofessional Tracy. Decided to take my business elsewhere.

  Jason, I am blessed and have so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. Jason, your family embodies what every family on this earth should strive to be. Kindness is about showing up in the world with compassion and acting for the greater good of all. What a wonderful world we would have if every family were like yours. Kind humans know that life is hard, messy, and complex. Yet they understand that people are doing their best with the tools, resources, and experience they carry. “Kindness begins with the understanding that we all struggle.” Kindness is a sign of strength. It is moving from "me" to "we," seeing the bigger picture, and loaning someone your strength and support. Supporting someone by doing whatever you can, wherever you are, with whatever you have is a sign of who you are—a kind human. Please thank your wife and all of you for the Thanksgiving meal that you and your son brought to my house. That is the first home cooked meal I have had in a long time. And the day before that you and your son came to my house and installed two Carbon Monoxide Alarms in my house, located the 2 by 4’s in my wall so I could hang a heavy picture on the wall, gave me a stud finder, and all of this was at no cost to me.
