  Margie came to my house and lubricated my garage door and we found out the garage door opener needed a new battery. We will be calling for service because we do have a problem with the pad on the outside. But she was awesome at helping me.

  Margie came by and lubricated my garage door. We took a look at it. It was a little bit loud. I’m having a little financial problems right now, but I will be calling in to get an appointment because my garage door opener is a little bit loud. I’m glad she stopped by.

  David was outstanding. Our garage door suddenly stopped working and was making a horrible noise. David responded quickly, showed up on time, and immediately knew what the issue was. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything, and got it fixed fast. Now the garage door runs smoother and quieter than it ever has. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend him if you want someone honest, reliable, and efficient.

  Neighborhood: Park Vista at El Tesoro Cory was an absolute standout from the moment he arrived. He is extremely professional, personable, and genuinely one of the most down‑to‑earth individuals I’ve met in a service role. He has the kind of easygoing, friendly presence that makes you feel like you’ve known him for years. He took the time to educate my partner and me on why the company is the “new guy in town,” walked us through proper garage door maintenance, and asked all the right questions to understand how we’d been caring for our system. From there, he provided clear, helpful recommendations tailored to our situation. He also shared a bit of the company’s history and the services they offer, which we really appreciated. While talking with us, he was simultaneously working on our garage—greasing everything, inspecting the system, and addressing the loud squeaking we couldn’t get rid of even after trying to fix it ourselves. He reassured us he’d take care of it, and he absolutely did. What impressed us even more was his follow‑through. Cory promised he would return within the next couple of days to check on everything, and he actually came back the very next day to make sure the door was functioning perfectly.
